Klaus Wiese

The outstanding musician and friend KLAUS WIESE died on 27th January 2009 at the age of 67. It wasn´t obvious he was sick and he was not suffering from any known illness. He died unexpectedly during the night of 26th January to 27th January. We are still shocked by this great loss of a very deep and meaningful friend.

Thankyou for all you have brought us during these last years and rest in peace dear Klaus !

Tomas Weiss / el culto

Klaus was a well known master of the tibetan singing bowls and published an absolutely unique discography in this genre. He was also a member of the band " Popol Vuh " founded in 1970 - some insiders may be familiar with this group...

His very deep and psychological kind of music is used worldwide for therapy purposes. We highly recommend his work, especially his hypnotic Sufi-music inspired by his trips to the Middle East.
